Once chosen, we oversee the entire process from pattern and tooling orders to monitoring the initial production phases, ensuring that the final machined castings align seamlessly with manufacturers’ specifications.

Our comprehensive approach includes managing machine scrap, foundry scrap, and shrinkage, bolstered by our ability to operate three-shift cycles for both high and short-run production parts, guaranteeing timely delivery. With three dedicated full-time toolmakers, we significantly reduce lead times for new projects by building our own tooling in-house. Our versatile lathes can handle a range from 1/4″ to 20″, accommodating weights from ounces to over 800lbs., depending on the configuration. Our advanced 3 and 4 axis Vertical Machining Centers are adept at milling, drilling, and tapping a diverse range of shapes and sizes, maintaining strict tolerances. Our efficient cell-based machinery arrangement enhances our output and efficiency. This comprehensive setup is complemented by Mills, Drills, Broaches, Hobbs for gear-making, and Automatic Chuckers, all integral to our machining cells. Additionally, we offer heat treatment as an extra step in conditioning the castings, further ensuring the highest quality in our finished products.
