There are many reasons why Response Envelope has built a loyal base of happy customers. We are proud of the personal service we provide them and like to think that the business relationships that develop are among the most important reasons.
Every one of our customers is assigned a dedicated customer service person. Their desk is in the same building as our manufacturing operations, not in another time zone as it is with some other major envelope manufacturers. This allows a complete team effort to meet our customer’s needs. In the event of a last minute change in order quantity or specifications, being close to the manufacturing and printing operation facilitates an immediate response.
